WHAT WE OFFER YOU
We have an opening in our Linköping office for an enthusiastic individual who is eager to contribute towards improving the user experience of our products. You will be a member of a cross-functional agile team developing a new product within the web domain. This will give you the opportunity to be creative and innovative in defining and refining the product direction together with your team.

In this role it’s important that you have strong communication skills as you will also support other developments teams and collaborate closely with other UI/UX Designers.

Responsibilities:

• Cross-functional collaboration, with our Product Owners and Developers, to create a cohesive design and user experience.

• Conduct user research and analysis to discover design opportunities and inform design decisions.

• Clearly communicate the user need to stakeholders and fellow team members.

• Create mockups by utilizing a design system with components and design guidelines.

• Create user test scenarios and prototypes to validate design hypotheses.

• Follow up solutions and concepts in order to evaluate and improve the user experience.

• Be part of the entire development processes, from start to finish.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCE

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a digital design related discipline.

• 2+ years of relevant work experience.

• Experience of user research and user-centred design processes.

• Understanding of agile development frameworks.

• Understanding of Design Thinking.

• Experience in using Sketch, Figma, InVision or similar tools.

• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills in English and Swedish.

Preferred skills 

• Experience facilitating workshops.

• Experience with user testing, lean UX, working in cross functional teams.

• Experienced working with user journey mapping, impact mapping, service blueprints or similar methods.
