Training Specialist focused on Material Handling

What You Will Be Doing
Deliver engaging training experiences in live, virtual, or self-paced formats
Produce clear written documentation and video tutorials to support learning.
Help users understand software features and workflows with confidence.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and other internal teams to support training and customer enablement efforts related to Material Handling solutions.
Answer training-related questions and guide users through structured learning pathways.
Gather feedback to continuously improve industry knowledge, training content and delivery methods.
Participate in events or workshops to support, sales efforts, educational software demonstrations and hands-on learning experiences.
Stay informed about software updates and incorporate changes into training materials and sessions.
Travel occasionally (approximately 5–15%) for onsite training, events, or team collaboration.
Job requirements
Who We Are Looking For
Experience in the material handling and/or logistics industry.
Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
Ability to work primarily within Central European Time (CET).
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Experience creating or delivering training, preferably in a software or technical environment.
Ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences.
Comfort using or learning tools for screen recording, video editing, and documentation.
A collaborative mindset with a willingness to support a variety of projects and stakeholders.
Adaptability to changing needs, priorities, and technologies.
Bonus: Experience in instructional design or customer education.
Ideally you are situated in Germany close to our target markets or in Linköping close to our HQ, with the right skillset we can be flexible with the location.
