WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As a Software Quality Assurance Analyst, you will focus on providing feedback and performing thorough testing of the product. This is to ensure we deliver the top performing and intuitive product to customers, thereby improve our Customer experience. You are expected to develop a thorough understanding of the Company software ecosystem, QA tools and processes as well as constantly stay up to date with the Company product development.

You will be part of a global quality assurance analyst team with team members in USA, Malaysia, and Sweden and you will work closely in a team.  

Responsibilities:

  • Quality assurance of graphical design system modules (CET Software) and document reports detailing the results of test activities

  • Define the test strategy and manage the testing activities within the project.

  • Communicate with subject matter experts or stakeholders to better understand the requirements

  • Come up with suggestions to the product development, QA tools and processes

  • Create test plans and test cases based upon software requirements

  • Finding defects or bugs through manual testing with the aid of automated test tool

  • Work with development team to analyze and resolve defects

  • Collaborate with teams from Europe, North America and Asia

  • Provide training and support when required

  • Assist in documentation writing for example software requirement, help document or process documentation when required


Job requirements

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

  • Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/IT, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent

  • Preferably 3+ years’ experience in software QA/testing or a related role however fresh graduates are welcome to apply

  • Strong written and spoken English communication

  • Curious, creative, and user-focused mindset

  • Detail-oriented and quality-driven

  • Decisive and confident

  • Strong problem analysis and troubleshooting

  • Structured, systematic, and well-organized

  • Independent, works with minimal supervision

  • Team player; flexible and able to multi-task

    Advantage:

  • QA/testing experience; familiarity with QA tools/processes (e.g., Jira, TestRail) and agile (Scrum/Kanban)

  • Exposure to 2D/3D & BIM tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Archicad; IFC); PC hardware/OS; material handling and/or office furniture
