Configura is looking for a Global Head of Marketing to join our great team!
At Configura, the Global Head of Marketing plays a critical role in our ability to achieve ambitious growth goals within the North American, European and Japanese markets.  Equal parts strategy and execution, this position leads a global team of professionals focused on amplifying positive user stories and manufacturer value focused on the Commercial Interiors, Material Handling and Kitchen and Bath industries.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Leadership & Team Development  

• Lead, coach, mentor, and grow a high-performing global marketing team.  

• Serve as a primary spokesperson, internally and externally.  

• Develop Configura's employer brand to attract and retain top marketing talent.  

Strategic Marketing & Brand Leadership  

• Define and drive global marketing strategies, including comprehensive market segmentation, precise target audience definition and robust brand strategy development.  

• Collaborate closely with the Product Strategy team to ensure alignment of market insights and brand messaging in product development and strategic initiatives.  

• Ownership of the marketing and branding framework to ensure alignment for all external formal communication, including employee branding, product marketing’s, corporate marketing and lead generation activities.  

Customer Engagement & Brand Experience  

• Establish and maintain a strong global brand identity, managing PR and corporate communications (internal & external).  

• Develop a deep understanding of the customer journey and optimize engagement across all channels, leading the planning and execution of our major Configura customer events and support key industry events.  

Demand Generation & Digital Strategy  

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital and multi-channel campaign strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and qualified leads.  

• Build and manage effective lead generation and nurture campaigns, leveraging marketing automation and analyzing performance.  

Sales Enablement & Marketing Operations  

• Develop and equip the sales team with effective marketing materials and training to achieve sales targets.  

• Lead the production of well-written and well-considered content for all marketing channels including sales presentations, software demo videos, value proposition videos, industry cited articles, blog posts, newsletters, white papers and customer case studies.  

• Oversee the marketing budget, CRM, website, and marketing automation platform (HubSpot) to ensure efficient operations and track ROI.  

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Experienced Marketing Leader, you have five plus years of experience leading a marketing team and preferably a background in international marketing efforts 

• Savvy Collaborator, you are skilled at working across functions and unifying towards a common goal & direction 

• Efficiency Focused, skilled and experienced in a variety of marketing automation platforms 

• Expert Communicator, you know the importance of customizing your message and approach based on audience and are comfortable engaging with all levels through your customers organization  

• Curious Learner, you question how and why things are done with a focus on continued innovation 

• Creative Problem Solver, you love to white-board an issue and identify the best possible solution moving forward  

• Flexible Team Player, you understand situations and priorities shift and do so to better serve your customers, colleagues and Configura

We’re looking for a new team member located near Linköping, Sweden, or Grand Rapids, Michigan, where our offices are based.
