We are looking for a DevOps Specialist to join our R&D team in Linköping

As a DevOps Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our R&D organization, driving innovation, reliability, and scalability across cloud and non-cloud environments.

You’ll work closely with developers, operation teams, and product managers to create seamless CI/CD pipelines, scalable infrastructure, and modern DevOps practices that enable Configura to deliver world-class software solutions to our customers.

We’re especially excited if you bring experience in:

• CI/CD & Version Control: Jenkins, GitHub, GitLab, and branching/merging best practices.

• Cloud Platforms & Containerization: AWS (or Azure, Google Cloud), Docker, Kubernetes.

• Monitoring Tools: Prometheus, Grafana.

• Scripting: YAML, Python, Bash (plus optional experience with C++/C#).

• Collaboration & Agile Mindset: Strong communication skills and a passion for teamwork and continuous improvement.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES 

As a DevOps Specialist at Configura, you will:

• Shape Technical Strategy: Define and drive strategies for CI/CD, automation, and DevOps practices that align with organizational goals.

• Build Scalable Infrastructure: Design and manage secure, reliable, and scalable cloud environments in close collaboration with Cloud Operations.

• Enable Seamless Collaboration: Partner with developers, operations, and release management to ensure smooth transitions from development to production.

• Champion Best Practices: Promote continuous improvement, agile workflows, and secure software delivery practices.

• Support and Troubleshoot: Provide hands-on troubleshooting for teams during critical situations and help drive toward quick, effective solutions.

• Lead and Mentor: Offer guidance on tool selection, infrastructure as code, and automation while mentoring teams in adopting modern DevOps principles.
