We’re in the phase we’re stepping up our focus on Artificial Intelligence to unlock powerful new possibilities across our platform. It’s a field full of opportunity, and a lot of fun! To fuel this journey, we’re expanding our Innovation & AI team, a critical part of our Product Strategy.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As our new AI Developer, you’ll:

• Design and build AI models (e.g. machine learning, deep learning).

• Integrate AI models into applications in a fullstack environment.

• Prepare and process data for training, evaluation, and inference.

• Train, validate, and optimize models for performance and reliability.

• Deploy AI models into production environments and maintain them.

• Monitor, evaluate, and improve models over time.

• Stay current with AI trends and incorporate emerging techniques.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business alignment.

• Document development work and model behavior clearly and effectively.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or equivalent

• 3+ years of relevant work experience.

• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills in English and Swedish.
